"Awesome hotel! Loved the amenities in the room. Very clean. The 9th floor with a full kitchen, games and different seating options plus LAUNDRY was spectacular! Wished there were Kooook’s available in all the locations of the rest of our trip!"

"What a wonderful property. The staff is most excellent, very helpful, and worked well with us and our very broken Italian. The property is clean and bright and the restaurant is lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was fantastic. It was farther from centrale than originally shown, but was still just a short taxi or bus ride away. Checkin would have been easy (all online) but the website would not let me use my camera which wasted hours for me. If you stay more than 1day BYO TP & soap. Other than that the room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I have no complaints. "
