"They ask you to checkin after 04:00 PM and checkout should be done before 11:00 AM. It’s not even 24hrs of stay and charged us for 1 day. It should be 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM."

"Stay away - abysmal.
Manager refused to fix the main ceiling light in the kitchen portion. Reported it on arrival, no repair, no room change, no alternative offered.
On top of that - dirty cupboards, strong moldy/musty smell in the kitchen, basic amenities such as shampoo absent, and completely unhelpful staff when asked for help.
Kitchen was unusable after dark and not in a clean, habitable condition. Had to get Expedia involved while still in the room.
Would not recommend. Stay away."

"While the location was perfect, it was hard not having an onsite concierge to consult. They were very easy to reach via text and gave easy advice, but the email key was annoying to use, a door code would have been easier. No salt or pepper or shampoo and conditioner like a typical hotel. No windows opened in the room so one breakfast we made bacon and it smelled of bacon the rest of our time (not a bad smell to have) . For the cost and the amenities provided we wouldn’t stay here again or...
