Good welcome from reception zbd advice about eating oit.Note: hotel restaurant isnt open on Mondsy. Room is neat and tidy and all you need for one or two nights. The location is nice abd quiet with great parking.

Ideal for stopover

The room was clean and comfortable the additional pillows requested at booking had been provided. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a business park and quiet area.

Easy access from motorway and friendly welcome. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Dining offered choices for starters, mains and dessert and petit dejunier (breakfast) offered choice of fruit, cereals and bread products. The only thing missing was it does not offer tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

Probably last time we use

The room was basic, no in room drinks equipment. The main problem is that whilst advertising restaurant service it has become Bed and breakfast only. Will be checking out alternatives. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and I worry for their future. Have used this hotel for a number of years and made use of the restaurant so disappointed.

Welcoming reception and clean room with good facilities. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not available and showed that it is only open on Monday and Thursday. They provided a map for a local restaurant within 10 minutes walk and this was very good.

Pleasant restful night

Very friendly welcome and receptionist asked if we wished to speak English or French. Explained that the room was prepaid and what extras would be charged, handed us the key and directed us to our room. Room was clean, and well presented and a heater as it was a frosty night outside. The food was standard for the level of hotel in France although I did particularly enjoy the smoked herring starter. Overall an improvement on some of the other hotels at this level in the area for a stopover whilst travelling down to south west.

The localization of the hotel around 5 km from Rouen downtown. The staff nice and serviceable and the price is affordable

We have used this hotel for over 10 years, and after a 9 hour drive arrived to be told that the restaurant was no longer open unless coach parties were staying. No details supplied in advance. Not sure we will stay again.

No food in an evening

The hotel has become Bed/Breakfast only which was disappointing (checked with the manager). It used to serve a limited evening meal which was good quality and tasty. Now recommended with no enthusiasm at reception McDonald's, Buffalo Grill and Cantina (Italian) approx 1 km away. Just what you need when you have had a long day driving. Breakfast remains just about unchanged

Reasonable price, no sleep

The receptionist seemed efficient and was very cheerful but had trouble finding our booking, made a week beforehand. You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation and very basic room. The hotel is obviously popular with holidaymakers in transit. Late arrivals kept us awake. Corridors are echoing and there is little soundproofing between rooms. The bathroom was in a flimsy plastic pod with an awkward step up from the bedroom. Breakfast did not start until 7.30. We left early.

Bon séjour. Dommage que les gendarmes logeant dans cet hôtel cette même nuit soient revenus vers 2 h 00 du matin et que leur parking donnait sur notre chambre (surtout par temps chaud alors que la Clim n’était pas encore en service, ce qui nous a obligés à dormir fenêtre ouverte
