It was an overnight stay. The hotel was very conveniently located for us, clean, comfortable and manager the next morning very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Very helpful staff accommodating 9 cyclists and secure storage for nine bikes, (electric charging too). Good location for cycling between La Seine a velo at Rouen and Avenue Verte at Neufchatel. (50 miles to Dieppe ferry)

Stayed for an extra day as very relaxing and a short walk to the bus stop for quick access to the centre of Rouen. Free bus on Saturday. Staff very helpful.

Basic but fine

Instructions for free WiFi were very poor and we never managed to get on - only tried after receptionist had left. Room was basic but fine. Lady on reception (Mary) was very friendly and helpful

Definately not first class. Worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Clean but very old and dated. Window broken. Only 2 sockets. Lights not wired up right. Didn't work. Shower room ventilation cover held on with tape. Heater not working. Room 37. NOT GOOD.

Hotel located much further away from tourist attraction then was stated in details. No taxis around poor public transportation so couldn’t go see the sites.It was self check in only with a few hours of in person host. First room was disgusting. Horrible smell of cigarette smoke. Couldn’t change rooms until guest service came in . Second room no heat. . Third room adequate for one night. It’s a place you check for bed bugs.

Le service ne suit pas l'accueil.

Rien à redire concernant la chambre et l’accueil, qui étaient tout à fait satisfaisants. En revanche, la connexion Wi-Fi s’est révélée inutilisable malgré plusieurs tentatives. La mise en marche du téléviseur nécessite une certaine dextérité et un temps d’adaptation non négligeable. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner reste très sommaire : viennoiseries industrielles sous sachet, et une machine à café capricieuse, qui ne distribuait plus de café le deuxième jour.

Le seul problème a été au niveau de l'enregistrement (avec réservation) par la machine à l'entrée, en dehors des heures d'ouverture. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, et la machine n'a donné qu'une clef. Heureusement, le personnel est arrivé peu de temps après et tout s'est arrangé rapidement. Le patron et les employés à l'entrainement étaient tous très aimables.

Positif : accueil chaleureux, propreté. Très calme. Négatif : matelas manque de confort, petit déjeuner décevant pour le prix ( pas prêt à l'ouverture du service, pas de lait, croissant pitch, pain surgelé), hôtel vieillissant.
