"The apartment was clean, on a quiet street, 12mins walk to all the sites. The bus from the airport 6A costs 1 euro will take you close to the apartment about 3 min walk, you just have to press the button to stop the bus when it is close to the apartment on Google map. The only problem with checking in is that there is absolutely no person on site. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made. "I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed "
