"The property was very nicely loaded in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The view of the apartment was great. Size of the apartment is good. However the check-in instruction was terrible. The email sent earlier indicates a different property location. No parking related information at all. It didn’t alert guests that there is no parking allowed in the town. No parking lot recommendation. As we were redirected to the actual property with a large piece of luggage, the receptionist didn’t understand...

"The property is beautiful and the room would have been great. Unfortunately we were only told the morning of arrival that the private jacuzzi on the patio was not functioning, which was the whole reason we chose this property and paid significantly more than other hotels in the area. Management offered us an extra free night but our other travel was already booked. They said they couldn’t offer a discount for our stay since we booked through hotels.com. "Such a beautiful place in a beautiful area filled with nature and peace. Plenty of areas for walking and hiking and a short drive from Cesky Krumlov and the German ans Austrian borders. The property istself is very well maintained, the rooms are exceptionally appointed with everything you need for one day, or 10 days. We felt like home and it was only made better by the owners of the place. Already ppanning to go back in spring and it will definitely be a place we fondly return to. "
