"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Very walkable to transport, not too far from the city center. "

"Vintage, adorable, a place with the soul. We stayed for 3 nights in June in Deluxe Suite. Both bedrooms are spacious and clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The garden and the area around the house offers many great spots to relax , read, enjoy the nature. The private bathroom was clean. A good starting point to visit Česke Svycarsko. The hosts are great, too."

"Die Unterkunft sieht genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Des Weiteren war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Wir haben erst ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft gebucht aber auch das war kein Problem und der Check Inn verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Baustelle. "We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Once we got our bearings, it was not difficult to travel via trams to the various sightseeing spots. The breakfast is quite good with many options. If we ever return to Prague, I will stay here again."

"The staff”makes” the hotel. The staff at Almanac X in Prague was beyond outstaning. The were exceptional! They were so friendly, pro-active and accommodating that I started to pay attention to observe them doing their jobs. Even doing what might appear to be mundane tasks was done with care - even excellence. I was very impressed. If in Prague again - which is an amazing city - I will absolutely stay at Almanac X again. "
