"The hotel design is really lovely - room without window is not ideal - It can be noisy at night as the bar/restaurant is not really separated from the beautiful gallery where the rooms are located - However, it got quieter after 11:00pm and I slept well - worth staying, if only for the design - breakfast was delicious "

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"My room/suite was exceptional.....but this is not a tourist hotel, well certainly not for solo travellers.
The Hilton is adjacent to a large exhibition center, and also has extensive conference rooms on level 2, and if you were attending an exhibition or a conference this is probably your best option. But I was a tourist...and there was very little tourist infrastructure such as restaurants in the immediate area ( whereas a 15-minute walk away towards the Hyatt, or the Fairfield you had a major infrastructure). It was also in a run-down commercial area.
I booked the Hilton because it was the HILTON, and I got a great deal on a double sized 68 meter suite ( which with walnut veneered walls and doors was exceptional). However I regretted that decision.
When I asked concierge for a map of the local area they couldn't give me one.....the government apparently stopped printing them after covid. When I asked for a business card with the Hilton name and address so I could give it to Spanish speaking taxi drivers, there were none. And when I asked for details of tourist tours, all they could provide was private tours costing over $US 200 for a 2-3 hour tour. Nothing suitable for your average tourist.
And finally, when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, the place was like a morgue...you could have fired a shot gun thru the level 4 reception area and not hit a sole. It was deserted, so deserted the large bar on level 1 was closed off and protected by a staff member."
"Location, Breakfast Staff, door staff, house keeping and restauranr staff. Airpor shuttle as well and hotstess at the airport upon arrival was a plus"
"I stayed here as I had an early flight. It was perfect for the short stay. Clean room, extremely friendly staff and the airport shuttle came and left as scheduled. For what was paid, it definitely is worth it, especially if you need to stay close to the airport."
