Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. "A acomodação na verdade é um chalé/cá individual. Apesar de ser bem simples e não ter muito conforto, o local é muito tranquilo. Achamos que a limpeza poderia estar um pouco mais bem feita, mas a recepção foi excepcional. O staff sempre muito gentil e a acomodação tinha tudo o que precisávamos. "

"We had a fabulous stay at the farms cottage and were welcomed with complementary sourdough bread and yummy spreads. It is very nicely decorated, spacious and comes with a hot tub that is lovely at night time - I never saw so many stars before. We had their on-site dinner the first night: my 3 year old daughter nearly finished the entire piece of lasagne as it was so yummy. The farm is lovely: a Trampolin for the kids, the heated pool that we used daily, the friendliness, chicken and dogs that...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again."

"The property itself is so elegant and stylish with unimpeded views across to the mountains. The deck, pool and gardens are peaceful and full of beautiful sculptures. Our room, Room 4 was spacious, light and airy with a secluded private deck. A gorgeous place to stay within an easy walk to town with all its historic homes. But best of all were the delightful hosts, such warmth and so friendly and genuinely wanting to help in anyway and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Great breakfast."

"Very nice one night stay while travelling. Stayed in the garden room - very quiet and also has self-catering facilities. Short walk to several restaurants. We opted for a pizza nearby. Expedia shows breakfast included. This is an error - owner trying to resolve with agency. But breakfast is available at a small cost. Just ask Mike to show you his collection - stunning!"

"Amazingly peaceful stay at this beautiful grand old house filled with gorgeous and well mantained antiques. The breakfast was incredible, and we really appreciated the fresh baked gluten free bread! The service was all we could wish for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool outside under the stars. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a break from the city hustle and bustle."

"Receptipn staff were friendly an the room was as described. We enjoyed the balcony. Dinner was excellent and the night's rest was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast the following morning was a pleasant surprise. Very well presented and very enjoyable - the perfect way to start the day. "

"The house was a first class accommodation Would go back there tomorrow without a doubt Not much in the area to do but had a first class meal in town. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful time at the donkey sanctuary which is a must see. Went to local winery (McGregor) and spent some monies there. Well worth the trip"
