Taken to the lobby area and had to sit through a 30-45 min speech of a TON of information. They had us download their app where we had to make reservations 1-2 days prior to any of their restaurants if we wanted to eat there. They also ran through SO much information at 100MPH. On top of this we were hit with a $360 charge for the water taxi that brought my husband and I from the airport to the hotel. On top of that we were also hit with all the daily taxes for our stay...
"I stayed at icom blue sea view for 3 nights in the honeymoon room with jacuzzi on level 11. It was spacious and central to everything. The pool on the top level was awesome with the best views of Maafushi. The hard boiled eggs at breakfast were delicious. The shisha was great too."
"The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. It is lovely to be remembered as returning guests as we were by the staff in the Cafe. The SPA is fabulous and they take care of you extremely well. Definitely go for a Beachfront deluxe bungalow you then step straight onto the beach and have your sun beds close to your room. If you want a chilled holiday then I can highly recommend and a quick 10 minute speedboat ride helps rather than a wait for a seaplane."
