"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Good food options every day, the 24/7 restaurant and snack bars also offer good options. The resort overall was really enjoyable, with a decently priced spa with friendly and experienced staff. However the rooms could be cleaned better, we found dusty floors on the day we arrived around the bedside tables. The pools (indoors and outdoors) are quite cold, should be warmer. Overall was an enjoyable stay. "

We were there for our anniversary and were surprised with the special decoration and a nice cake and drink waiting for us after checking in. After a long trip that was appreciated.
