"We loved our stay at this well appointed cozy beautiful hotel! The food was great (I had awesome schnitzel) the room was very pretty, and the service was excellent. I’m fairly picky and was delighted to be impressed!!! We also thoroughly enjoyed the location. It was just a stairway down to the river and we could walk to the redwood forest for hiking. "This is a very old property that's been nicely updated. It's a great location walkable to all of downtown Guernville. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. On the downside, you definitely hear your neighbors walking around, talking, toilets flushing and showers running. It wasn't bad enough for me not to stay there again. It's just an old building.
