"Everything"

"We had an overall okay stay, but there were several important issues that need to be addressed. The room conditions were not acceptable: torn towels, unpleasant odors, a mattress in very poor condition, and dirty bed sheets. Additionally, the cleaning staff showed a noticeably bad attitude, which made the experience even less comfortable. The elevator had a very strong smell, specifically of marijuana, which is quite ironic considering there is signage stating that this is a “100% smoke-free hotel.” The hallways also had a persistent weed smell. On a positive note, the Latina staff member who attends in the mornings was very friendly, helpful, and diligent, and definitely stood out for her service. Breakfast and coffee were acceptable, but nothing remarkable."

"Loved our short stay here. Paid for late checkout, enjoyed the beach then a great Mexican dinner next door. Today enjoyed the pool before we left. Loved it!!!"

"When large groups arrive, the hotel closes off certain areas to accommodate them, leaving the rest of the guests without access to those amenities. Last weekend, I experienced this firsthand. One day, the pool was closed, and the next day, one of the restaurants and the pool bar were also shut down. Additionally, some areas of the lobby were closed, making the overall stay less enjoyable for everyone else who wasn’t part of the large group."

"Very clean, staff at valet was very friendly and helpful! Just know there is no parking and the only option is valet which you have to pay for. But as I said, they were very nice, helpful, and convenient to use 24/7! Beach was nice however it was cool when we were there so we don’t have much beach time. There is free breakfast however we only got to experience some scraps one day due to coming close to closing time. Overall nice experience!"
