Not fancy, but clean property, rooms were clean,bed was comfy, staff was friendly. Indian restaurant attached was good, ate by the pool side, beautiful trees and quiet space. Would recommend butter chicken with veggies. Reasonable priced, just needed somewhere to stay for the night.

Although it’s not a five star hotel, obviously you’re not paying for one the actual people the management the owners they’re wonderful people. They’re very caring and accommodating and I appreciate that highly. I booked it for a friend of mine for one week and they were very, very nice to her.

Not bad. Staff pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Rooms a bit outdated but it was expected at this price (lowest rate in town). Stayed overnight to do a tour of Atlantic University. It worked out good

Staff was wonderful and friendly. The property is old and has no frills. Terribly small bathrooms but very quiet and clean, just older property. No WiFi provided or any extra (normal) locks on the door. I’m assuming they don’t have many issues there with stealing or anything. Seemed pretty safe environment

Presidents Weekend

Found out immediatly that there was no free breakfast as advertised on Hotels.com and the checkin time was at 3 pm not 2pm like advertised. Bathroom was very small and the door would not close making it even smaller. Front door sticks real bad making it a fire hazard if there was an emergency. However housekeeping was very good. I probably would not go back.

They could do some upgrades and fixes for what they charge. Granted it was the least expensive in the area but now I know why. The rooms are antiquated and the furniture mix match. My first night the sink filled with water and didn’t drain. The toilet seat was broken and I found trash under the bed ( a bag of McDonalds food that I didn’t buy). On the positive side the cleaning crew was very nice and the maintenance man did fix the sink. I would have to say that if they don’t revamp the place I would not stay there again.

this is a complete joke when I got there there were no rooms available and I drove for almost an hour they have no proper management system people were going into the rooms and they were still dirty warning booking this place rooms might not be available

There 2 nights! Noisy people blasting the TV & talking loud in the middle of the night & early in the morning. Faucet in sink sprayed all over the place, & we had no hot water for a shower the 2nd morning! I should get some kind of refund or credit from Expedia. I would never stay there again.
