"Room was very clean. Staff onsite are amazing especially Sion and Alex. All the staff are great and always greet you when you pass them and ask to make sure you have everything you need. We have been going to Tropicana for years and its like going to our second home every time."

"The newly renovated Riu was a great plus with the rooms being new and modern plus very comfortable too. Bed was great and we had a connecting room with lots of property and a pretty good view. The food in the buffet was good. Out of all the 5 restaurants the steakhouse stood out the best while the others were OK. The Candy Ice Cream Shop was also a great stop each time you wanted some sweet stuff and the pool area snack bar was also pretty good and crowded. Staff at the buffet area and restaurants were also very friendly and attentive. Pools were nice but a little dirty looking probably due to the crowd and also the sea sand being brought in. "

"Beautiful location, pools and rooms. Staff are top tier, very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing resort. Far enough away from PV to be away but close enough to get into town. Amenities lack a bit, game room is tucked away and costs extra money. The food is average and not the best. Even at the restaurants. Always could find something to eat while at resort but ended up leaving for a nice meal. "
