"Only one elevator in the building was working. I was initially charged for parking, but that was never mentioned at check-in. I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging."

"For the second time staying at the Hotel Indigo I was assigned a room in their annex building, requiring to walk across the parking lot to get to the room. Multiple issues with getting access to the room, heat did not work and room was not well below standards for cleanliness. I will not be staying here again. "

"Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge. "

"Had to extend my stay to six nights due to flights being canceled twice. Staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful! Bar and restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks, and the best staff! Room was clean and spacious King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is quick to respond to any needs .My only suggestion is to change out the pillows from feathers to something that actually has a little bit of support. Parking lot is very well lit on every side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!!!"

"Room was never cleaned. No toilet paper. Was told when we took soiled linens to office that we shouldn’t come back at night any more. The check in was awful. The reservations were made for king room. Was told did not have one available. Was sent to double full room. And a king room the next day. Staff was rude. Very rude. "
