"Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans le logement. A notre arrivée aucune réservation n'avait été faite. Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller alors que tout était complet. Un dossier pour remboursement est en cours"

"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. L’appart est très salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. "

"Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . "Beautiful quiet property, good service and the pool area is amazing. What would take Dar Ba Sidi to the next level would be better upkeep of the grounds (mowing/weeding), and touch ups on some of the typical expectations of excellent accommodations such as working internal telephones (so you dont need to go to reception when you need anything), water bottles every day of your stay (not just on the first day), etc. We did enjoy our stay though :)"
