The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was not very clean; things were left in the refrigerator and there was debris on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of waffles, cereal, toast, orange juice and milk.

Air conditioning and heating worked. Lots of hot water. This hotel needs to update many of the room fixtures, microwave, refrigerator, exterior door did not close good with gap showing on bottom. First place I have stayed that was dusty and dirty on furniture and counters.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Sink cracked, carpet was shredded around a corner where the vacuum would hit it. The price was good. It was quiet on the side away from the highway. Breakfast had no protein or fresh fruit.

Disappointed in rating

Difficulty with TV; carpet dirty; vomit in the parking lot which caused a swarm of flies entering our room as soon as we opened the door; repairs needed. Staff was friendly; a/c worked well (although on button was missing). Our biggest disappointment was that the hotel was rated. 10 on Hotels.com website and it was definitely not more than a 3.
