I never got to stay there because, even though I confirmed with my credit card company that the charge was approved, the "kiosk bot" at the hotel told me it had been declined and wanted me to provide another card (so they could charge me TWICE?????). There are NO PEOPLE there to help you, just a kiosk with a remote person who won't do anything for you. I still have no idea whether I am going to be refunded the money that I paid for a room I never even saw, much less stayed in. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!
