The property was clean and the staff friendly especially the room attendant Roberta who was very kind and helpful. There was a small problem at the end of my stay, it was resolved fairly quickly. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was nice.

Beach House Resort Hilton Head
The staff was great. Our room was dated and had cockroaches in the bathroom. They did move us but hard to forget. Restaurant and pool are very nice. Great to be so close to the beach and the Tiki Hut was fun with great music.

The public areas and elevators were being refurbished, so that impacted the experience a little. But if it raises the standard that’s good for future visitors! The room was comfortable although the shower needed modernising. It was very weak. The bed was supremely comfortable. The best bit? The staff! ...
