"It was a very pleasant stay and with parking just outside your room and all on the first floor -- it marries convenience with a Luxe version hotel like you were staying in a fancy Big Sur resort: the rooms have fire places, and balconies which look out onto a forested area behind the hotel. "This was our second stay at The Hemlock Inn. The rooms have a small refrigerator, a microwave, a full-size drip coffee maker, pottery coffee mugs, and real wine glasses. The location is perfect, as the Hemlock is just one building away from Main Street Blowing Rock, so it’s an easy walk to all the charming shops and many great restaurants in downtown, and very near the city park.
