"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! Upon checking in, the “manager” said the hotel didn’t get the money via Expedia so he couldn’t give us a room. I had the receipt where I had prepaid for the room with the confirmation #, he proceeded to argue for 15+ minutes that he would not be giving us a room.
