"This is a very cool hotel with eclectic decoration! We stayed in a king room and the bed was firm but comfortable, and there was both a small fridge and microwave. Parking was easy in the back, and the staff was wonderfully accommodating. They helped us book a last minute second night and got us get a great rate for it. The only con we found was that the walls are quite thin so we could hear everything happening in the halls, and the train just outside was pretty loud at times. "

We shouldn’t have been charged what others with fully renovated rooms were charged. Having said that, the front desk was lovely, and clean with a good breakfast buffet. "

Despite my certainty regarding the item's location, the front desk staff refused to physically check the lost and found storage, citing only that it "wasn't in the system." The staff’s unwillingness to perform a manual search for a verified lost item demonstrates a lack of professional integrity and basic utility. If you value your property, do not stay here; the recovery process is non-existent"

"Very basic room. Floor was dirty, bed was ok. Did not have anyone available in the front desk. Had to call posted phone number and asked to share drivers licence picture over phone. Felt a little sketchy to do so. "
