"A functional hotel conveniently situated opposite Lausanne railway station and 40 yards from the metro entrance. The complimentary transport card that is provided allows easy access up to the old town (2 stops) and down to the lakeside (4 stops).
My room facing the station (currently undergoing major expansion) was compact and reasonably comfortable, with a notably high pressure shower.
The station surroundings are typically unprepossessing but the attractive parts of the town are not far...

"My room was not fully ready upon arrival. The staff was very helfpul in helping me fix a couple of issues and offering some compensation. Facility is impeccable clean. Hotel is well located.
Price vs value is rather high, but this is Switzerland, after all.
There is no AC except in the superior rooms."
