"Scammers! They charged me 2 $50 Fees for incidentals and tried to charge me even though nothing was wrong with the room. Vending machine didn’t work and the worker denied us water. Also the tubs were very dirty when we got there. There was only cold water available in the bathtub."

"My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful."

"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"Well the mattress moves when you sit on it since it’s not on a normal box spring. It’s on a “wood” panel and when you’re in an air cast, very hard to adjust. Also, I asked for a handicap room, what we got wasn’t any where near what I needed. To me it seems like the toilet was so low, I had to use the tub to help me up. Overall, it was mediocre."
