"De locatie is erg goed met gratis parkeren. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was zeer goed. We hebben Prima ontbeten en gedineerd. Hotel is zeker aan te bevelen."

"Going in we knew it was a historic building but the room was dark and minimal compared to other similar facilities we have stayed at. No one was at the desk to check us in, we had to call on phone at desk to pay for parking before getting code to lock box for key to room. There was no mention of a code to get back in the building in the evening. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Beautiful area with an old church and covered bridge."

"View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning. The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous. Staff - courteous and polite Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John. Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking. They have foosball table, board games, billiards table. Self laundry service for CHF 10."

"The location of the hotel was great and we had an amazing view from our room. The rooms however are dated and the bathroom was extremely small. The staff was courteous and helpful."

"This hotel is a disaster, first we had to drag our luggage over a kilometer UPHILL in the mountains from the train station. No mention of this ahead of time. No public transport to the hotel! Once we got there the reception was cold and unfriendly. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to know that we would have to walk (in the rain, but not their fault) to the hotel. "Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. "Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. "The rooms and bathrooms have been nicely upgraded and are clean. The views are ectraordinary. Breakfast is excellent. The reception area, hallways and stairways are dark and tired looking. There is sometimes a lot of loud partying on the streets late at night outside and this can make it difficult to sleep."
