"The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. "This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff was professional and very nice. They did their best to fix all the things that were wrong. 1. I had to ask that fresh towels be delivered the next day. It was not done as an automatic service. No, the night person couldn't leave a note for day staff. I had to come back in the morning. 2. The room was permanently set at 61 degrees, and it took quite a while to get the temperature up to a liveable 70 degrees. We went out, and when we came back, it had reverted to 61. "Staff was great. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds and pillows. Covers were clean. Room 111 near the lobby is SO loud. We had to get moved the next day because people were talking so loud we couldn't fall asleep until 1 am and then at 5:30 am we were awoken again by the noise in the dining room. We barely got any rest. The ac is loud in the room. Bathroom was dirty and even had urine on the toliet seat. It had a musty smell as well. Room 315 was better but still wasn't clean...
