"Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"The Italian restaurant never delivered, salad dressing, so my salad sat in the refrigerator for two days. Other than that, the staff was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, and I had a nice day. As always, I say to please clean the carpets. I also work in hospitality, and I know it’s a challenge because it’s a 24 seven operation. However, please keep the hotel clean, clean clean. This is what we appreciate the most."

"The rooms were clean and were very comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were outstanding. Everyone I met was friendly and very helpful. I also ate at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, West. The bartender, Jay was wonderful. We talked while I ate at the bar. Definitely say hi and eat some great food."
