"Lack of shops or restaurants within walking distance was the only downside. Room (executive king) was very nice with bonus view of Sydney skyline and a rugby field just below the building. Basic kitchen. Washer and dryer. "

"The room was clean and comfortable beds, the view of the beach was beautiful. Staff helpful Explained the facilities like parking and laundry. Pool was great even though a little cool in April the kids still jumped in."

"Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!! "

"Very basic hotel, nice and secure but you get what you pay for. Check in time is strictly mandated, though luggage storage is provided."

"Was a bit scary at 4.15 am when leavi ng through the side door to be meet by a drunk guy wanting to give me a hug. Luckily the taxi came a little early. Just got a fright when going out the door, as i didn't see him there."

"Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that."

Staff were friendly and helpful, and access is easy with a door code emailed before arrival. Just note there is no front desk and no elevator. Our room was in the basement, so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs. The room was clean but basic, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked...
