"Loved our stay here. Really great location for attending an event at principality stadium. Also great location for shopping and restaurants. Noticed the bar opposite was a bit noisy into the night. Bit confusing getting to the car park but after ringing the hotel and getting pre recorded instructions and postcode we found it no problem. Staff were very helpful and happy. Not sure if there are stairs to lobby as we only found the emergency exit ones but waiting for lift can take a while. Overall lovely stay and will be back if attending another show or staying for shopping! "

"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"Although we only stayed one night here, we were delighted with the service and experience at the Cardiff Hilton. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable (thanks for the dinner recommendation! ), and our room was perfect—quiet, with wonderful views of Cardiff Castle. Would stay again! "

"Right where everything happens in Cardiff, hotel is located on a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and pubs to hang around. It’s also walking distance from the Cardiff Castle and right next to the train station, location could not be more convenient. The room was the right size and with A/C which made our stay very comfortable as we went on a very hot summer. Breakfast was also great. "
