"Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again."

The hotel refused to give me my money back for that night stay when hotels.com called and asked them. The women at the desk had told me that my reimbursement should be no problem hotels.com called and your hotel refused to give me my money back."
