"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door.
Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"The main issue was that my bedroom on the 1st floor had an unlocked window so anybody could've climbed into my room through the window had I not checked it! The place had some sketchy characters outside, it often smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the receptionist would smoke just a few steps outside of the lobby. The hallway smelled funky too.
I also didnt like that the receptionist announced my room number out loud twice. Nowadays that's a big no-no. The hotel room number shouldn't...
