"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night. Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. "The smell in the hallways could use some help & the noise on some floors could be a lil quieter but other than that it was great"

"Excellent location in downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive. The hotel only offers valet parking at $42 for overnight parking."

"Air conditioning in the East tower stopped working during the night. There was a constant clunking noise all throughout the night. They had to move me but after I complained about the AC. I reported the noise but nothing was done. The customer service shown by the front desk and manager was not the quality that one would have expected from an Omni hotel. Totally disappointed!"

"The room was ok, but not great cleaned. I’ve found a to go box with leftover food next to the window. :( Coffee station at the lobby was very dirty. I didn’t even feel like having a cup of coffee. It looks like they didn’t clean this area in a while. Pretty disgusting."
