The lady that checked me in was extremely nice. The room was clean and comfortable. What surprised me the most is how quiet it was compared to a conventional hotel room. You couldn't hear the people beside you or underneath you. I will definitely book here again. Great Stay!

The manager, Jessica, was so very kind and easy to work with. I was there fir my grandson's graduation from Virginia Tech and my stay at the corporate suites gave us the comforts of home and close to the venue.

Clean and convenient

Affordable Corporate Suites in Christiansburg was perfect for my overnight stay in Blacksburg. The room was spacious and clean. There was a huge tv in the space with the sofa and kitchen area. The bedroom was a great size, very comfortable, and there was a TV in the bedroom as well. Jessica was kind enough to text me and make sure I was okay to check in when I was at the VT football game. The suites are close to the major shopping areas in Christiansburg.

It would be great if water pressure in the toilet and the shower were stronger. The apartment was really cute and spacious and I felt safe with the double door locks. The only not so great part was the toilet that “looked” clean with a paper “tie” around the lid but on raising it there was urine on the seat so obviously not cleaned. For the price and proximity to VT I will stay there again.

Three days at Affordable Corporate Suites

I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. The staff was friendly and helpful although I only saw them when I checked in. There are a lot of rules particularly around where you can smoke and cook, which again I appreciated. Although the property is located on a busy road it is quite far back from the road and the bedroom was on the back side of the building, so I wasn't bothered by the road noise at all. The price was really good, you might even say affordable! At least $20 a night less than the other places around that have kitchens. I would stay here again and I think it would be really good for longer term stays too.

Location, DirectTV, internet, and price are good. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen with full sized fridge/freezer are nice to have. Biggest issue are the thin walls which are not insulated for sound. Could hear everything next door neighbor says. Shower head needs replacement since water flow was almost completely impaired. Apts use physical keys which could be duplicated and doors open to the outside. Physical backup is an old fashioned chain which is not as secure as modern door blocking lever.

Expects you to clean the place

This place is unique to say the least. First, I was given an actual key for my room. I almost asked what it was used for. The room itself is just like a small apartment. It's quite large. It is lacking a dishwater but it has an apartment size stove and stove top. The microwave was tiny though. There are 2 tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Here is where things get weird, I am curious as to the rules so I read the laminated sheet on the coffee table. I get to the checkout rules and they say that I am supposed to take out all the trash to the dumpster and clean the kitchen and microwave. If I do not do this, I will be charged 25 dollars for each thing I do not now. Now, I didn't even use the kitchen, but I have never stayed in a place that basically charges people for not taking out the trash or cleaning anything. I was not exactly happy to read that and it did make me take out the one trash can I put something in.
