"A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! Highly recommend "

"We had a fabulous time at this stunning property. The staff were extremely friendly, there was a large breakfast buffet, a welcome pack with goodies for every visitor. The was a piano and a funny parrot. Views across the river. We highly recommend staying here"

"The staff were helpful, the room was clean, warm (to the point of warm/hot), was very conveinent being so close the the station, city. Our room was 147 Urban basic, but away from the railway lines and the road infront was quiet as it was sort of pedestrianise, so not car busy. They allow 'left luggage' for free (and will not dispose of items if left for 7 days), which means on your last day you can come back after checkout to collect and go to the station."
