"First day of check in the door lock was not working due to law battery according to the nice cleaning lady who helped us contact the maintenance guy. The phone next to the elevator to call for help was not working. Found 2 little bugs 1 crawling in the shower floor and 1 crawling outside the shower that was nasty, not sure where did it come from but I got so paranoid sleeping at night. Also the smell of the sewer was so bad while we were walking at the back of the hotel coming from Allegiant...

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Our TV wouldn’t turn on a few times and they came in to fix it very quickly. There was a moment when they shut the water off because of something to do with the pipes and it would have been nice to know what was happening beforehand or at all, but I also understand part of that is out of their control."

"It was a family trip, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad. The location was excellent, the hotel was clean, luxurious, and felt much more exclusive than other hotels in the area. It never felt overcrowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was excellent, the food was great, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"This resort is huge!!! Be prepared for A LOT of walking to get to just about anything. Dining options on site are mostly high end with the exception of a handful of restaurants quite a distance from Palazzo. Casino, of course, smells of smoke. Also, as is the case with most resorts, any sort of soft drink or non-alcoholic beverage will cost you in the $7 to $10 range. Nice resort, just not easy to navigate and waaaaay too expensive on incidentals."

"Check in was hard to find. No luggage carts for self service, you had to use their valet service. No fridge since it was used for their overpriced mini bar. "Property is beautiful. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Check in was a nightmare- people randomly walk up to desks, rather than standing in line, and the staff doesn’t say anything. They don’t redirect them. The rewards desk is the same way. People who are not VIPs just jump lines and staff don’t care. Check in took at least 2x longer than it should’ve as a result. Same thing at the rewards desk. It’s like they are so afraid of getting a bad review or something that they just tolerate...
