"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "

"The stay was absolutely a disappointment. The property is not maintained and not cleaned. Things were broken and not in working condition. Some examples via photos submitted but not all inclusived. In addition, the internet is not functional! Simply put, the is not as advertised. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, we would of found other accommodations. A portion of the cost should be returned. Finally the porperty managers could care less about our experience!"

"We had a lovely two weeks stay in Perry’s Home. The apartment was well equipped for what we needed. There was a lovely welcome of croissants, cakes, mini mars bars, and a bottle of chilled Prosecco in the fridge!! We were looked after by Alessandro who ensured that our stay was comfortable. "Beautiful setting and views, but inconsistent hot water and shower not working properly. Path to access house was ok for us, but may not be accessible to some travelers with limited mobility or a lot of baggage."
