"It’s a newly opened hotel in a central location in Olsztyn. The food in a restaurant is great and staff was amazing. The carpark entrance situation is a bit unusual (getting your car to the carpark by lift) but given the location it was probably the best way to build it. Overall the hotel left very good impression. "Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Aber: auf dem Dach ist ein Ventilator der so laut ist, dass man ihn permanent hört. Das Internet hat ein Download von 0,5 mb - falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."
