Judy was helpful and kind upon check in. However, she needs an extra employee to help her during busy check in times and when other guests are calling in. Rooms were great. Safe location. We appreciate Judy’s effort in making our stay comfortable.

Great go-to in Bishop. I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's always been clean and comfy. Very friendly front desk too, and the free breakfast is a nice bonus before hitting the road or getting started on an early hike.

Motel-like set up of hotel. Good parking. Pool was somewhat dirty and location is not attractive. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Location directly at main road is easy to access village (local brewery is nice!). Do visit the Dutch Bakery two doors up the street.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Outside the room was another story. Property was run down and dirty. Two of the stairs leading to the second floor were roped off needing repairs. Street noise from main street was really loud. Parking is a nightmare, small spaces and not enough so you have to park elsewhere and walk to hotel if you arrive late. Never again.

Rooms weren’t ready for the two parties checking in in front of us. One poor woman was practically in tears. It was around 4pm. We did get checked in and to a first floor room as requested, that was great. The woman behind the desk warned us about noise and to call the front desk if it was after 10 pm because then they could do something about it quoting local ordinances. Turns out the guy in the room next to us was loudly talking for at least 2 hours and then went inside and watched an hour of Family Feud. It didn’t last past 10, so it wasn’t reported. However we got the feeling he’s been there several days and has been requested to quiet down. Maybe he should have been asked to move along. We couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. Had breakfast at Schott’s.

Definitely felt like we overpaid for what we got. Pros/ cons- Pros- friendly staff, good breakfast. Cons- Pictures and descriptions did not match actual property. The stairs leading to family suite were under construction had to use different entrance which made it for a longer walk which was still manageable but was disappointed with room. Door got stuck and was very difficult to close and open . Found ants on wall and bedding . Sofa bed looked dirty lots of pet hair on it . No black out curtains. Very loud busy street. Hot tub unavailable did not mention on website.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Thin walls. If your lonely, you can join conversations with the people next door and above without raising your voice. Didn’t have their complementary breakfast and opted to walk a block to pick up something from the famous Schat’s Bakkery.
