"Nice little boutique hotel, with a nice staff, which was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Walkable to the main square of Bishkek. One small complaint: they ask you at checkout if you used the minibar. I said no and they asked me to wait so the cleaning staff can actually go to check it. The gentleman apologized and said that was their rule. Not a good way to treat clients. "

"Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! "

"Very small but clean and decent hostel. I booked a private room which was tiny and no bathroom. The price was fairly high for no private bathroom or even mirror in the room. The shared bathroom is nice and overall the property is central and clean. There is a kitchen and restaurant upstairs but I didn’t use either. Stayed only in passing for an early flight. "
