There was a young man hotel clerk that was just kind of a jerk. I had booked through Expedia and not everything was clear during the booking. I had booked three rooms for a large travel group. I had missed two young adults during booking. He made such a big deal of not including them. He wanted extra payment. Of course, we were going to pay. However, he never delivered the extra towels or bedding that was included in that payment.

Pit stop
It was new and a good size room we got. There are different sizes. We liked the location. Liked the self service room on the 4th floor. (Not the work out equipment in the room.) May stay again coming to from Croatia.(Can't add a pic, poor connection at the moment)

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff friendly and with smiles. Only a tip for the management that people in the reception should always speak English and when you check in they should give all details for your stay.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, but best of all was the location! The view when you walked out the door was absolutely spectacular! The alps were right in front of you in all their pristine glory! Completely stunning!

Very nice dog-friendly and very friendly staff
What a gem in such cute city. The hotel is smart building and is designed with every small detail to make your stay comfortable and eco-friendly. For example, if you have aircon running and you open the window, the aircon will stop working. The next positive thing is very friendly staff and dog-friendly hotel, they gave us a bowl for our shiba inu (11kg) and he was welcomed! Suggestions for small improvements: What would be good is to provide some instructions for the guests because it took us 15 mins to figure out. Also some of the essential things like detergent and cleaning cloth would be good as we wanted to wash up the used dish plates.

Das Hotel bietet sehr viel Platz in den Zimmern. Als einziges Manko muss ich leider die doch recht laute Klimaanlage ansprechen

Zimmer war ok, nur unter den Betten wird nicht gesaugt, Betten waren sehr gut, Badezimmer sehr groß und schön, Frühstück war auch ok, Zimmer zur Bahn war trotz geschlossener Fenster laut, Klimaanlage sehr schwach und es war kein Sommer - das Zimmer hat sich durch die Sonne im 6. Stock sehr aufgeheizt, aber wegen Bahnhof ist schlafen mit offenem Fenster auch kein Spaß - für zwei Tage ok, aber kein Wohlfühlurlaub

Liebe Tanja! Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Entschuldige bitte vielmals, dass es zu Unannehmlichkeiten für dich gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es unser Standard, Zimmer sehr sauber zu reinigen, deshalb leider etwas überraschend, wenn du sagst, es wurde nicht gesaugt. Die Fenster sind auch sehr gut isoliert, deshalb hört man eigentlich eher selten etwas vom Bahnhof. Da das Wetter in den letzten Wochen noch sehr kalt war, musste der Durchlüftungszyklus noch auf Heizen gestellt sein. Es war noch sehr kalt teilweise, da wäre es sonst zu kalt in den Zimmern gewesen. Vielleicht kommst du ja nochmals um dich vom Gegenteil zu überzeugen.

The rooms are big enough and the furniture new, very comfortable, the bad and shower perfect, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. What I missed was a restaurant, if you ever need to go to this village is this hotel the best choise, however I wouldn‘t go to Bischoffshofen again, there is not much to do

Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet. Super Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt: Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort des Nachbarzimmers. Wir kommen trotzdem immer wieder ;)

Hat alles gepasst, check in, ein gutes Schladminger Bier an der Bar, endlich mal kein Stieglbier! Parken in der Tiefgarage sicher und preiswert! Nicht zu vergessen zu erwähnen ist das freundliche Personal insbesondere die Dame beim Frühstück!

Good staff, very helpfull also on the phone as in the hotel itself. Late arrival not a problem. Nice room, good and spacious, for 3 persons. Very good WiFi and good parking available (paid).
