"I love to stay at this property when I go to Seaside, because it’s in the heart of the places where my wife and I like to visit. The rooms are big and the staff most friendly. They offer breakfast every morning and free WiFi. And the cost per night in comparison is worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We had a great stay here, perfect sized room for a family of 3 and a dog. The pool was a godsend - perfect size for our daughter and warm so she could stay in it for a long time, esp on the rainy days. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Super close to the beautiful beach (less than a block), very walkable to all the shops. Room was super clean and very charming. Small things - suite 21 needs a fan (even a tower fan) in the master bedroom as the A/C didn't really reach that part of the suite; would have been good to have some dish towels by the kitchenette sink so we could dry our cups; and the bathroom could use a shower curtain with magnets to keep the water from seeping out. Just such small things, otherwise a great place to stay, recommend."

"Came to seaside for the weekend with my 13yo son. Loved the proximity to the beach just a 1min walk from the hotel. Good location from downtown seaside (7-8min walk) which has restaurants and other fun things to explore. The room (stayed in North West Timber) was clean. Bathroom was separated from shower and jetted tub which was all upstairs in a loft type area. The queen bed sat in a cozy corner/tuck away that was adjacent from the King bed. I’d say this is a good room for couples or families with young children who don’t mind a little exposure when showering/getting dressed"

"The property was right on the water, and had the absolute best view. Our balcony was perfect and the property was so much more quaint than the surrounding ones. Small complaints were the furnishings, the stools inside were falling apart, and needed to be maintained. The place needed to be painted, as you could tell its been well loved, and our outside windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. However, the inside was clean, and you could tell the housekeeping staff cared about the job they did. This place is a small, very cute little place, compared to the other places on the Promenade, and we really loved it. The staff were all friendly and easy going. I will definitely be back. The location could not be beat. Thanks guys. Just tighten up those stools. 😉"
