"I only stayed for two nights, but Castle Troy Hotel & Suites was wonderful from start to finish. I arrived during a very busy wedding weekend, and despite having what looked like a hundred things happening at once, every member of the staff I interacted with was warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind. I was in Limerick primarily to attend a concert at Thomond Park and probably asked far more questions than the average guest. Not once did I feel rushed. The staff gave thoughtful advice about transportation, timing, and the local area, and helped make sure I got where I needed to be without stress. One staff member even gave me first-hand advice based on having just seen The Lumineers at Thomond Park earlier in the week, which helped me plan my timing perfectly. Ironically, I booked a suite that was far more accommodation than I needed for such a short stay, but it was comfortable, spotless, and exceptionally well equipped. The entire property felt welcoming and easy to settle into. What Iā€™ll remember most, though, isnā€™t the room. Itā€™s the people. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, and that level of hospitality is something you donā€™t forget. If I find myself back in Limerick, I would happily stay here again."
