"Air conditioning took a long time to do much , roads in and out and around the park are incredibly bad , but the cabin was very clean and very comfortable , apart from other park patrons starring at me everytime I came outside for a smaled it's was a pleasant stay, but of course being where it's located I was constantly concerned about randoms coming in and out of the park looking for things to case out or steal but that's Mandurah for ya , could do with some gates or boom gates on the entry...

"Door to apartment was a bit hard to open. Was a bit of a walk around to access alaparment via lift/ reception. Easier/quicker access would have been nice, but overall very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend to others and stay there again if needing to travel to Mandurah"

"The property itself was fine. However Expedia photos show a water view which was not the case with the room. Check-in was delayed because the room was not cleaned.(around 30 minutes). Rubbish was placed in paper shopping bags at the end of the corridor near entrance to the room over night (possibly by other guests but not cleared by staff) which was not ideal."

"The condition of the furnishings in the room were terrible, the lounge chairs were well and truly worn out, threadbare curtains hanging on only a few hooks, chips in the seats on the wooden chairs. The rooms were stuffy and no flywires so couldn't have windows open, fans supplied but couldn't plug them in to be able to use them. the whole place is run down. very disappointing. We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition.
