Boring hotel, not 4 stars

Very boring hotel. Nothing really to do in the area. Hotel is dated. No aircon. Breakfast is nothing to speak about - definitely not 4 star. The freustil restaurant at the hotel is great and worth a visit!

Great stay

Nice and Cosy hotel. Sweet staff, but difficult to find the room because of the floor plan. Spa Are nice but a little tired. Slippers and more towels would be nice. Great Balkan hamam and massage. Big nice breakfast. Expensive parking.

Lovely hotel, light spacious room with a New England feel to it. Great location in a quiet side street near the Main Street, and minutes from both the sea and a stop for the little train that takes you further afield. Great indoor pool and delicious breakfast buffet - one of the best we’ve had in Germany. Kind and helpful staff, who will also pick you up and drop you off at the station for free. We loved this hotel and will certainly be back!

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und vielfältig, es findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Extrawünsche sind kein Problem und werden prompt erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße von der Haupt(Einkauf)straße von Binz. So ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch zur Promenade und zur Seebrücke ist es nicht weit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Dejligt skønt hotel med fin størrelse på værelserne og stor altan, fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet Spaens rumtemperatur var for lav, og de tændte ikke for alle damp-rum desværre. Værelset var dog lidt slidt rundt ved gulvkanter og paneler. En tilføjelse vil være skønt hvis der kunne være slippers / klipklappere med fremover til at have på til og fra spaen

Sehr sauberes, schönes Zimmer. Allerdings wirkte es etwas sehr voll gestellt. Die eigene Sauna war toll. Leider hat es bei uns im Zimmer sehr nach Abfluss gerochen, aufgrund eines defekten Siffons - dies wurde jedoch durch einen Rabatt kompensiert. Das Frühstück war top, der Spa-Bereich ist allerdings absolut nicht schön. Dort riecht es ebenso unangenehm nach Abfluss. Die versprochene „Aufguss-Automatik“ haben wir nicht wahrnehmen können. Die finnische Sauna ist in gewisser Weise fehlkonstruiert (der Ofen ist anscheinend unter der Sitzbank, weshalb diese unerträglich heiß ist). Der Außenbereich des Schwimmbads war verschlossen, die Bar Byntze war geschlossen, was vorher nicht ersichtlich oder angekündigt war. Frühstück war jedoch toll. Personal war auch sehr nett. Die in unserer Zimmerkategorie inkludierte Minibar wurde jeden Tag neu befüllt, das war super.

Schöne Lage, sehr zentral. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße, dadurch war es nicht ganz so ruhig. Aber der Balkon und die Aussicht (4. Stock) waren super. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück super.

Et ganske fint hotel, er noget slidt efterhånden og spa området ligeså. Så prismæssigt sammenlignet med mange andre hoteller ligger lidt for højt, synes jeg. Men en hyggelig by med fine restauranter, lækker strand og promenade.

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preiklasse eher mäßig. Kleines Erdgeschoss Zimmer zur Hofauffahrt ohne Klimaanlage. Sehr heiß und keine Möglichkeit herunterzukühlen. Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz schön. Beim Frühstück setzt sich auch eher das günstige Essen durch. Aufschnitt und Co sicher nicht von der Frischetheke. Rührei genau wie bei den Mitbewerbern aus der Fertigmischungsecke. Es ist schade, wie da gespart wird. Brötchen mussten auf den Toaster, damit sie von Gummi/Zäh zu leicht knusprig wurden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wie gesagt in keinster Weise entspricht dieses Hotel der 200€ pro Tag Preiskategorie.

Positiv sind die Lage, ein Balkon , das reichhaltige Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück zu bewerten, negativ die nur mäßige Freundlichkeit einigermaßen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mit zuwenig notwendigen Informationen über den Wellnessbereich, Saunatüchern die man sich an der Rezeption holen muss, warum? und zu wenig Informationen über die Struktur der zugehörigen Hotels, PS der Fahrstuhl ist sehr alt und nicht sehr vertrauenerweckend

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

INFo‘s zum Hotel und zum Zimmer allgemein sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Die hausinterne Bar war während der gesamten Woche geschlossen, obwohl überall Werbung für diese Bar gemacht wurde. Das Haus ist insgesamt nett ausgestattet, jedoch insgesamt schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war besonders gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und geschmacklich gut zubereitet.
