Great stay

Nice and Cosy hotel. Sweet staff, but difficult to find the room because of the floor plan. Spa Are nice but a little tired. Slippers and more towels would be nice. Great Balkan hamam and massage. Big nice breakfast. Expensive parking.

Very boring hotel. Nothing really to do in the area. Hotel is dated. No aircon. Breakfast is nothing to speak about - definitely not 4 star. The freustil restaurant at the hotel is great and worth a visit!

Lovely hotel, light spacious room with a New England feel to it. Great location in a quiet side street near the Main Street, and minutes from both the sea and a stop for the little train that takes you further afield. Great indoor pool and delicious breakfast buffet - one of the best we’ve had in Germany. Kind and helpful staff, who will also pick you up and drop you off at the station for free. We loved this hotel and will certainly be back!

Wir habe eine Woche im Hotel verbracht das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Wellness Bereich sauber und schön . Die Anwendungen im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und gut. Was wir zu bemängeln haben ist die fehlende Lüftung im Frühstücksraum so das es dort trotz geöffneter Fenster ziemlich stickig war. Das Frühstück war aber reichhaltigen und gut. Eine Tageszeitung wäre noch schön gewesen. Aber im großen und ganzen waren wir doch sehr zufrieden.

Es hat uns im Hotel außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Dame (Roxana) und der Herr im Wellnessbereich sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück ist wirklich exzellent und sehr vielfältig. Bei der Ankunft fuhr der freundliche Page unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz und beförderte das gesamte Gepäck schon auf das Zimmer. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt hinter dem Hotel und ist auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es sind zu Fuß circa 3 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. Um das Hotel herum sind zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht das sehr enge Badezimmer. Aber insgesamt eine top Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lite si och så med städningen av rummen, frukosten va jättebra. Vissa av personalen i receptionen kunde knappt engelska varken förstod eller kunde prata. Läget va bra om man vill bo nära city och strand. Missa inte insjön som låg väldigt nära och va ett mysigt och lugnt område.

Habe nichts auszusetzen. Schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, gute Matratze, pro Bett 2 Kissen , eins davon aus Schaumstoff. Balkon hätte etwas Pflegebedarf, so wie die Holststühle drauf, hat uns aber kaum gestört, weil die meiste Zeit des Tagen wurde draußen verbracht.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht riesig, dennoch total ausreichend. An der ein oder anderen Stelle sieht man, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wirklich herausragend waren die Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier auf jeden Fall stimmig.

Morgenmad, super. Afløb i brusekabine havde en fejl, da man kunne lugte kloakvand. Vi påtalte det, men de fik ikke løst problemet. Vi lagde så et vådt håndklæde over, som derved blokerede for lugten.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und vielfältig, es findet jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Extrawünsche sind kein Problem und werden prompt erfüllt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße von der Haupt(Einkauf)straße von Binz. So ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Auch zur Promenade und zur Seebrücke ist es nicht weit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Dejligt skønt hotel med fin størrelse på værelserne og stor altan, fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet Spaens rumtemperatur var for lav, og de tændte ikke for alle damp-rum desværre. Værelset var dog lidt slidt rundt ved gulvkanter og paneler. En tilføjelse vil være skønt hvis der kunne være slippers / klipklappere med fremover til at have på til og fra spaen
