Hotel Mesra Alam di Bintulu

"good"

"Perfect"

"The lovely front desk staff is awesome as she assisted us for early check-in and helped me to rejuvenated after a quick nap. For sure I'll revisit again."

"Good and plenty option "

"Location and cleanliness"

"ya... semuanya baik"

"Room: room is clean. Bed is comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights, the first 2 nights had no hot water. Only on the 3rd night hot water is available. Toilet basin is clogged. Facilities: gym condition is dated. Aircon not working, later they provide a fan. Machine condition not good. Food is ok."
