"Five stars for Emecka. I really hope I spelled his name right. He was absolutely amazing and one of the nicest people ever. Otherwise, I rate the staff of four star because I understand that ballet was pretty busy the night that I was there, but the valet was kind of rude. This specific guy opened my door and told me to hurry up, he said “thanks” and then closed my door right after. "

"Good stay , the only thing i didnt like was , valet....$45 for OVERNIGHT! The parking meters across the street are FREE from 6pm-7am , i recommend using that a couple a night to save.....but if you want peace of mind , use the valet."

"Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. "
