Does not live up to its promise of a 4* hotel

- good breakfast - good parking - poor staff, especially room cleaning service is barely existant - welness isn’t the best and largest in the area as their ads promise. You can have a much better deal for hotel, thermal park, restaurant and in fact everything in a nearby hotel Horal instead.

Rádi se vrátíme 👍

Pobyt se nám velice líbil. Naše očekávání se splnilo. Prostředí bylo čisté a klidné, personál byl vstřícný a usměvavý. Věkový limit 15+ nám naprosto vyhovuje a rádi zase přijedeme. Doporučení: nabízejte, prosím, porce vašeho skvělého jídla i v menší váhové kategorii.

Zklamání z personálu

Recepční nám při příjezdu podala neúplné informace. Chtěli jsme využít wellness, bohužel masáže nebyly možné, protože nemají personál - na celý hotel + veřejnost je jedna filipínka, která masíruje od 14:00-20:00. Takže stihne max. 5 lidí. Z restaurace nás ve 20:33 servírka vyhodila, protože vaří jen do 20:30. Tuto informaci nám nikdo při příjezdu nesdělil. Tak jsme hledali v rozsahu 10 km otevřenou restauraci - bez úspěchu. Ale doporučuji skvělé bistro Domovinka - paní, přestože za 10 min. zavírala by nám snesla modré z nebe. Prostředí Ondrášova dvoru krásné, ale personál a služby obrovské zklamání.

Vsetko podla ocakavani, Mensie nepohodlie bolo, ze ked sme prisli do apartmanoveho domu, bolo to vykutene na cca 18C (vonku -5C) a trvalo to nejaky cas, kym v dome bola podidlna pocitova teplota (trva nejaky cas, kym sa zyme prekuria steny). Personal mohol uz zvysit kurenie pol dna pred prichodom. Trochu pomohlo, ze v domku dol krb, a tam sa dalo rychlo zakurit. Inac cisty a krasny hotel s dobrou kuchynou. Vyborne na lyzovanie. Wellness sme nevyuzili.
