"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"Love the breakfast, diferrent choices everyday. Love their banana. Need to update or keep the walls tidy , it has some whitish streak. Love their bathroom with high ceilings and motion sensor light. Their soap and shampoo and conditioner brand is not good. But its ok. It is peaceful and wuiet. Love their pillows. Bed is comfy. Coffee is available 24/7 but theres no creamer or half and half provided unless it is breakfast time."

"I had a wonderful stay other than the check-in. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. In this time, after about 10 minutes, I called the hotel phone number twice, both times no answer, and the second got put into a cue with no one answering. When the young man came back, I let him know how long I had been waiting, and that I tried to call with no luck. He did not apologize and just asked for my name and for an id. A couple of guests also came up to wait but could not wait...

"The property was so outdated and dark. Our room was awful, plugs by beds to charge phones did not work, the rooms phone did not work. "This is my go to cheap and cheerful hotel for a quick weekend stay in palm desert. The hotel is an excellent location. It is no frills but it is always clean. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of free parking. The pool is very small so beware of that. Memorial weekend we tried to go to the pool on three separate occasions and it was so full we couldn’t get in with our bumping into to other people are children. If you don’t care about pool time, then I highly recommend this hotel."

"Bring your own pillow unless you like hard ones! We loved the outdoor areas, and especially the patio assigned to our room. It was nestled among the trees and we listened to the squirrels, blue jays, and woodpeckers while we had our evening wine and morning coffee. The room had nice decor but there was no comfortable place to sit, no luggage rack, and there was a very narrow walkway to the bathroom. We would come back but would be better prepared."
