"Everything was very clean, and smelled amazing!"

"We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed...

"Staffing were nice but parking was horrible"

"This was a last minute decision to stay here. We were on our way home from a beach vacation and I booked this on the way there. I could not be more happier with this decision. The front desk gentleman was quick to get us checked in around 9pm, so we could make it to the restaurant up the road before they closed. The beds were like clouds to sleep on. The breakfast was great! I heard another guest ask the lady if breakfast would be the same tomorrow and she said no, that it’s something different...

"I left a shawl in the room… because it was not in my luggage. When I called the hotel they said they didn’t find anything. Which I find hard to believe. But your front desk and morning lady that prepared breakfast was very friendly!"

"The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking and I felt the neighborhood was very safe and I didn’t worry about my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Little Rock."

"Hotel totally catfished us. The pictures are not what they are on Expedia. They failed to mention the hotel was under going renovations. There was severe water damage on the ceiling with ceiling tiles missing or collapsed. The only decent thing about our room was the bathtub but the room was bad. They had dehumidifiers every where and it smelled like moisture. The only good thing about this hotel was the young lady who checked us in late Friday. Other then that don’t stay here"
